Just a quick one to share SebsatiAn’s triumphant return for Ed Banger records. Honestly couldn’t get enough of the french label this time last year (was Breakbot, Breakbot, Breakbot in my flat) and now it seems Busy P’s boyo has got right back on it.

This track goes in a slightly different direction from what I’ve come to expect of SebastiAn (always seem to think of ‘Motor’ or ‘H.A.L’ –  real headaches ‘bangers’) but that’s no bad thing. Am SO enjoying  playing this loud in the car, windows open, sun out…

Happy spring holidays all.

Viv on Kate… by Olive

Oh dear, looks like Dame Vivienne Westwood has been ruffling some more feathers this week… She is quoted as saying that “I would have loved to have dressed Kate Middleton but I have to wait until she kind of catches up a bit somewhere with style.” Continue reading

So this is just a little blast for you all to check out Kanye West’s new album – “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy”.It is incredible. It comes with the thirty-minute movie which I am sure you have all seen, even if it is only a snippet. He seems to have outdone himself, moving beyond his original style coined in the College Dropout, Late Registration and Graduation series. I have put my favourite track up for everybody…its Bon Iver, one of my all time fave chillouts, mixed with Kayne’s genius. Lovez it.

Welly Ball by Indie

This play is one of Shakespeare’s most well known pieces, and this weekend it will be performed in St Andrews by some of our finest Thespians! Unlike the versions we have seen, this performance is taking the play back to its Elizabethan glory! It will have an all male cast (strictly no females allowed on stage!), with live music, period costume, sword fights, and lots of Shakespearean drama to take you back to fair Verona! The play will be held in Younger Hall, and for the true Globe theatre feel the audience will have the option of “groundling” or “balcony” seats.  There will also be festive refreshments to help you escape the books for a few hours! It looks like it is going to be a really good show – buy your tickets at:
