Jah-over by Dan

snatch much?
A lot of people have been asking me about a song I like to play right near the end of my sets. It goes something like this:

Rusko-Jahova (right-click download)

If you didn’t already know, that song is called Jahova and its by Rusko. It comes off of his not-so-recently released EP, Babylon Vol. 1. Its an absolutely incredible track that can blow the quilted jacket off of any yah any day of the week. Don’t believe me? Check out this video:

For those looking to experiment a little more with this track, here is the unreleased VIP version done by Rusko himself in collaboration with label-mate Caspa. Apologies for the poor audio quality – unreleased tracks have their setbacks.

caspa can get lower...
Caspa just finished an incredible remix of How Low – that new single from Ludacris. Somehow though, I don’t think Caspa really understands what Ludacris means when he says “how low can you go?”

Caspa thought it was a challenge – and he gets LOW. If you don’t have any subs, get them. Got some? Turn ’em up and lay back – enjoy the bass.

They Do It Because We Were Born To Do It (UPDATED) by Dan

Just finished an exam so I’m gonna keep this short and sweet:

So I finally gave in and bought FabricLive 37 which for those of you who don’t know was pivotal in making dubstep what it is today. Its an epic hour long mix of some of the most famous dubstep tracks out there. Only problem is its $9.99 on iTunes. What kind of price is that for an hour long mix? You can get a bunch of free mixes online but I figured since you have to pay for this one, it must be good. Its actually a pretty incredible mix – not necessarily worth the price, but at least I supported some starving artists right? Right. My favorite track at the moment is by Caspa and opens up the mix. Its called “born to do it.” Check it out.

I’m not gonna put a free download but here’s where you can buy it on iTunes.

Caspa – Born To Do It

UPDATE:
Some of you are experiencing troubles with the flash player so here’s a youtube clip of the song:

At Play

Another Deadmau5 post! Caspa, founder and CEO of Dub Police – by far my favorite dubstep label – remixed the classic I Remember by Deadmau5. Take a listen and check out the song that I can’t seem to get out of my head! I feel like it should end a dirty disco or something!

SOOOOOO

This has been around for quite a while. And I’ve shown it to quite a few people. Since then, those people have enjoyed dubstep. I’m starting to notice a trend….

Check the youtube video for more. All I have to say is that no one has more than this portion of the song. I think we can all agree that this should be officially released but as of yet, it hasn’t (to the best of my knowledge). Post in the comments if you’ve found a legit download.
